Return & Refund Policy

• We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 
  
• Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  
• Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
